1. Empire Theatres Foundation
Launched in August 2003, the Empire Theatres Foundation exists to provide performing arts opportunities to further the cultural experiences of young people.
Your donation will go towards the Empire Theatres Foundation Youth Program and History Program. You can make a donation by downloading and returning our Donation Form or call the Foundation Officer on 07 4698 9900.
2. 100 Seats
As part of the Empire Theatre's Centenary Celebrations you are offered the chance to join us in celebrating the magnificent history of the Theatre and to be a part of our exciting future. For the first time since the Theatre re-opened in 1997 we are offering naming rights to a limited release of 100 seats in the historic main auditorium. This is the first time a release of naming rights on seats has been available since the Empire Theatre Restoration Appeal in 1995.
For your donation of $1,000 to the TRACC Building Fund an inscribed plaque will be placed on the back of your chosen seat and public acknowledgement will be made of your support on the display board located in the main lobby of the Empire Theatre. 3. TRACC
Located in the heart of Toowoomba’s cultural precinct, the Toowoomba Regional Arts and Community Centre (TRACC) will be a unique, medium-sized, flexible venue for performing arts in the region. The venue will provide a ‘black box’ theatre with state-of-the-art facilities ideal for a multitude of purposes including youth theatre, intimate performances, education and film.
Be part of this unique opportunity to be involved in the future of the Empire Theatre and the Toowoomba community. Our target is to raise $1.5 million towards this project.
