ST LUKE'S CHURCH

For this year's Mystical Cathedral, distinguished cellist David Pereira performs as soloist with Camerata in the epic, The Protecting Veil of John Tavener. This emotionally charged music is inspired by the Orthodox Church's feast by the same name, commemorating an apparent appearance by the Mother of God during an all night vigil in the early 10th century.

A candlelight performance, late evening, a truly extraordinary piece of music in an awe-inspiring building - this concert will be long remembered!
