Online

Our online box office offers a safe, secure credit card booking facility. Tickets will be held at the Empire Theatres Ticketing Office for collection. Not all productions or events are able to be booked online. Internet bookings incur a $5 transaction fee. To book tickets online, select the event and hit the "Book Now" button on the event's page.

In Person

Visit our Ticketing Office at 56 Neil St, Toowoomba. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturday, 9am - 1pm. The Ticketing Office is also open one hour prior to performances.

Gift Vouchers and Group Bookings

Gift voucher purchases and group bookings can both be made over the phone or in person. These options are not available online. Gift vouchers are available for individual shows or for any value from $10.
