As you are aware, the Australian Government’s directives around non-essential gatherings of people at events and travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 emergency mean that The Imperial Russian Ballet has had to postpone. The performance has been rescheduled for Sunday 10th October 2021.
Your tickets and seat allocations are valid for this new date for the same show time. Ticket holders do not need to do anything further, simply change the date to 10th October 2021, 7.30pm in your diary. Your seats will remain the same for the new performance however if you would like to print new tickets please login in to your online closer to the new show date.

Following their sell-out 2019 performances of Swan Lake, The Imperial Russian Ballet Company return to Australia to perform a double bill, The Nutcracker & Don Quixote, two sensational ballets, one magnificent night of ballet!
ACT ONE - The Nutcracker
The ageless tale of bravery and dreams set to the music genius of Tchaikovsky's musical, this ballet features one of the most recognisable and enduring music scores ever written. Set at Christmas time, a young girl dreams of her Nutcracker prince and their adventures together.
ACT TWO - Don Quixote
A ballet based on the Spanish novel by Miguel de Cervantes and is considered the most influential work of literature from the Spanish golden age. This festive and flamboyant ballet was first performed in Moscow’s Bolshoi Theatre in 1869.
The Imperial Russian Ballet Company was formed in 1994 by the Bolshoi Theatre soloist, Gediminas Taranda. The Imperial Russian Ballet Company comprises 40 dancers from the major ballet schools of Russia.

Social distancing measures have been put in place across the venue including queue controls. All patrons are asked to maintain the adequate distance from other guests outside their group.
Seats have been allocated to each booking group allowing adequate social distancing between each group. It is important you sit in your allocated seat.
We have increased our hygiene facilities. We have installed hand sanitising stations throughout the theatre and enhanced cleaning measures during and between shows, including high-frequency touchpoints.

All patrons are required to provide name, address, phone and email before each performance.
