How to Use Your Empire Card

You can use your Empire Card to purchase tickets in the box office, over the phone or online. To redeem your Empire Cardholder price your Empire Card must be presented, or your Empire card number (which is under the barcode of your card) quoted via phone or entered online. You must also present your valid Empire Card to redeem selected discounts at the Empire Theatre bars or at Walton Stores.

 How to get your Empire Card

You are required to complete a registration form as well as complete the $30 payment before receiving your Empire Card. You can register and purchase your card over the phone 1300 655 299  or at the box office at 56 Neil Street Toowoomba.  A hard copy of the registration form will be available.
