#How to use your Membership card
Online
To redeem your Empire Cardholder price online, you will need your Empire Card Number ready. This can be found under the barcode on the back of the card. First select your preferred tickets and seats under the Cardholder price and enter your Empire Card Number at checkout.
Phone
Have your Empire Card Number ready, this can be found under the barcode on the back of the card. Phone the Empire Theatre Ticketing Office on 1300 655 299 between the hours of 9am-3pm weekdays and let the team know you are a Cardholder. You will be asked to quote your Empire Card Number.
Ticket office & bar
To redeem your Empire Cardholder price at our Ticketing Office or at The Empire Bar, you will need to have your valid Empire Card on hand. Simply present your valid Empire Card to our friendly staff to be scanned with your purchase to redeem selected discounts.
